thoughtful photojournalism for people, brands + couples.

Rita and I knew last summer’s ‘Chloe Trenchmono’ collaboration was only the beginning of creating together. Wanting to branch into new creative outlets, I came to Rita with the idea to creative direct, model and photograph her upcoming collection of the Morrison Blouse-mono. Taking inspiration from Jim Morrison and the 1960s, Rita designed a unisex poet blouse with kimono sleeves that embodies liberation, provocation and sensual confidence. We completed the look by drawing beauty inspiration from Andy Warhol’s main muse, Factory Girl – Edie Sedgwick – and pulled jewelry from Rita’s long-time friend and jewelry designer, Mara Scailse. I had a vision of a shoot in my apartment, documenting the blouse’s versatility throughout my space. Rita was immediately on-board and the pieces began to fall into place. We had 3 hours on an evening in April to bring this project to life, and we are so excited to share our work in this way.
